Miso soup · kuro edamame · agedashi tofu (dashi broth, grated ginger) · salmon tartare (persimmon, shallot, yuzu, cilantro, lotus root crisp) · mandarino tardivo sorbet · twelve pieces market fish · torotaku hand roll (bluefin fatty tuna, pickled daikon radish, wasabi) · japanese pumpkin custard with almond whipped cream.
